How to Keep Your Account Safe
Security is a shared responsibility. Here are the steps we recommend every Clinvesta customer take to protect their account.
Never share your account number, password, or 2FA PIN with anyone — including people claiming to be Clinvesta staff.
Use a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other website.
Always log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
Keep your registered email address secure and enable two-factor authentication on your email account.
Verify the URL is clinvesta.com before entering your credentials. Clinvesta will never ask for your password via email.
Report any suspicious account activity to our support team immediately.
Regularly review your transaction history for any unauthorized transactions.
Keep your contact information up to date so we can reach you in case of suspicious activity.
Report a Security Issue
If you believe your account has been compromised or you have discovered a security vulnerability, please contact us immediately. We take all security reports seriously and will respond within 24 hours.
Beware of Phishing
Clinvesta will never ask for your password, 2FA PIN, or full account number via email, phone, or chat. If you receive such a request, do not respond and report it to us immediately at support@clinvesta.com.
